Larroudé Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Larroudé! We are excited to have you as part of our affiliate program. By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your participation as an affiliate for Larroudé’s luxury footwear and fashion products.

1. Registration Approval 

Larroudé reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at our sole discretion. You will be notified of the decision, and any denials are final without further recourse.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupons 

Once approved, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link to share and promote Larroudé’s products. You may also create specific product or collection links. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the last one clicked will be credited. Affiliates may be assigned discount codes for their customers, but usage and specifics will be clarified in the dashboard. Commissions are only counted once, even if both the affiliate link and coupon code are used in a single transaction.

3. Commissions and Payouts 

Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their unique links. The commission is calculated based on the order value, excluding taxes, shipping, and fees. Payments are processed once transactions are completed and verified. Any chargebacks or refunded transactions will not qualify for commission. Commissions and payment status can be tracked through your affiliate dashboard.

4. Marketing Materials 

Larroudé will provide affiliates with marketing resources such as banners, logos, and promotional materials through the affiliate portal. These resources are intended for use on approved platforms like social media, blogs, and other online media.

5. Cookie Tracking 

We track customer referrals using cookies, which have a specified duration (as outlined during sign-up). If a customer makes a purchase during the cookie period, the affiliate will receive a commission. Note that if a user disables cookies or clears them, we cannot track their activity or attribute sales to affiliates.

6. Termination and Exclusion 

Affiliates may request to be removed from the program at any time by contacting Larroudé at [contact email]. Larroudé also reserves the right to remove affiliates for violations of these terms or misuse of the program.

7. Program Updates 

Larroudé reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
